Staggered Entry
Staggered entry provides an opportunity for small groups of students to visit their classroom, meet the staff, meet new friends and become acclimated with our learning environment before the whole class comes together.
During the Home Visit, Your Child's Teacher will let you know what staggered day your child should attend their 1st Day of Preschool at Thompson Early Childhood Center.
2024-2025 Staggered Days

1st Day, If your child attends school on September 3rd, then they will stay home on September 4th and 5th.

2nd Day, If your child attends school on September 4th, then they will stay home on September 3rd and 5th.

3rd Day, If your child attends school on September 5th, then they will stay home on September 3rd and 4th.

4th Day, All PreK students attend school on September 6th!
